미국특허상표청 (USPTO)

The United States Patent and Trademark Office grants patents to protect inventions and registers trademarks and service marks for products and services. 2019년 이후 해외 거주자 미국 상표출원의 경우, 미국변호사 대리 강제규정 도입하였습니다.

아마존 브랜드 레지스트리

브랜드 레지스트리의 경우 단어, 문자 또는 숫자를 포함하는 상표만 허용됩니다. 상표의 존속기간은 10년이며, maintenance/renewal 요건을 충족할 경우 반영구적으로 사용 가능합니다.

미국 상표 종류
